My name is Ruchi Acharya, registered contact number is -9365327062.
I order a product kurti sets the from meesho. Order no : 6249816794 Due to size issue I decided to return back.
When when the pick up delivery agent comes for pick up they told me they are from myntra and took my myntra product which is of Rs. 1574 which all the tags and everything.
When I query on meesho customer care that till now product has not been picked up now.. So tell me the status. They told me product has already been picked up now we have initiated your refund for Rs. 458 and received
But product is still with me with packing and all.
That means meesho have cheated me on the name of myntra. Which is already a big name. I never faced any issue with myntra.
These guys are having pure intention to loot the customer.
Also Customer care deny helping me in this matter and returning my original product of myntra.
I’m attaching all the images of meesho product and also the myntra product which they have picked up with the intention of cheating.
