A delivery boy Manoj of ecom express come at my home with parcel and ask for amount I have done paytm transaction
My paytm transaction successfully done with proof , and delivery person seen this transaction on my mobile ? but delivery boy Mobile don’t show any transaction according to him his mobile is old with poor Network quality we wait for 15 to 20 minute but he says me money not transfer in his account, according to me how can it possible because money is debited for my bank account still he is not agree with my statement and prof he called his office manager for this situation and office person tell me on that parcel not delivered after long arguments i desided to refuse the parcel without delivery
But after 72 hour my money not refund in my account what can I do ,
I have 100% proof of bank statements and sms history with paytm transaction history,bank details
