On 16 may 2020 I ordered one Eco Dot speaker with Alexa which is offered by mobyle store, my order MS2344 ordered confirm,money also debited from my credit card account that is RS 999/-,during ordered completed I got mail from company ur ordered confirm,now five days complete still I have not received mail from mobylstore nor they have informed about the status we have requested to refund the amount if they are not able to complete the order
