I have been charged ECh charges on my loan account of Rs. 550 on my ICICI bank savings account ending with 5672. Even after closing the EMI account in the month of April still, the IDFC is giving standing instructions to ICICI bank for ECH transactions. Although, having multiple times conversations with the IDFC representatives, the account is not closed and charges are charges from both banks. This is happening since the loan is taken which has caused mental harassment as my medical expenses are pending during pregnancy which I fall short of funds.
