The incorrect Meter reading was recorded for Jul month.
Jul month reading marked as : 410unit for 4months/2 Bi-month.
my usual usage is around 430 units for a single bi-month.
This Jul month reading of 410units for two bi-month is not practical.

Because of this incorrect entry in Jul, our current bi-month (Sep) assessment entry is 1100units.
it falls into the slap of a higher rate and thereby increases my bill amount.
I was not informed of this Jul entry during that time of Jul assessment.
my complaint requesting correction is also closed without any reply.
