For me every 2 months the meter runs only 300 to 400 Units and the bill amount will be max Rs. 600 but for this month the bill amount is around Rs.5500 and unit is 1300 units but the reading is not updated in the card how this is calculated eb people are not responsible and how can I pay this bill amount
