Hello, I request you to please address my grevience and also validate the customer experience and reviews for Easymoney App on Google play store to have a clear vision on my grevience. Owner of this fraud App (Jason Ferrnando & Andrew de candole) who are based out of UK
My name is shalini. I am writing this email regarding this fake loan app (EASYMONEY) and how they tricked and scammed me and tonns of other people
I am from Mumbai, India. On 7th of April’23, I was in the need of urgent money as i was falling short of some funds to fulfill my basic requirements.
I came accross this App on the internet “Easymoney”. I installed it using playstore. It asked me to enter my Pan and Aadhar details, took permission to my contact and media details, took my photo. It had a very poor interface.
I started looking for loan options and tried to enquire more but i got little suspicious. In the very next click, they disbursed 4 loans for 4000rs and one is 4500 That sums up to 16500rs in total and the status shows disbursing.
I immediately send them an email request to stop this process as it happened accidentally, I tried to reach out to them, Called them but no response. Now this App shows disbursing a Series of loan, 4000rs from fish loan, 4000rs from flash loan, 45000rs from Paisamall and last is 4000rs from piggy loan all through Easymoney App.
By the time i could do anything, they already credited my bank account with 4 payments 2400 each and one is 2700i.e 9900rs only. The repayment date is within 6 days of loan disbursement and the repayment amount is 16500rs. They got all my data, contact, media information. High chances of blackmailing me through my personal data. Serious matter of privacy concerns and identity theft.
I have filed a legal complaint againt “EASYMONEY” at West Crime branch, CID, Mumbai. I have also tweeted about this incident and attached the screenshot of the loan app. I urge and request you as well to take a strict legal action against them. This would be a huge impact and a great initiative against loan frauds and scams.
Hereby, i declare that i am not going to pay them single penny back. I have gathered all the evidence against them and raised a legal dispute in a consumer court, filed a case under section 420 for cheating and 464 & 465 for identity theft/ Raised a grevience on RBI Ombudsman / Filed a report in Cybercrime, Crime branch of india.

Easy money app and Rupee tap app . I never installed these but they are saying i need to pay the loan but i didn’t apply any loan and didn’t received any loan but they are blackmailing me to pay , i blocked all of them but they are again asking from another number
Same problem is seen in mine too. I didnt borrow any money but they are asking me to repay the amount.

I have paid all the payment, they again deposit amount in my account
