I had taken loan of 20000 in Easy loan app under category Smart loan. Today was my due date and I got message from their team in WhatsApp saying pay extension fee of 9047 and file closing fee of 1710 and my loan will be closed fully. I have screenshots. But after paying both the amount, he deleted messages and now not responding to calls or messages. This is fraud and not acceptable. They are cheating and making money. I need my 1710 money back
