Dear Sir
I am nina agarwal. I am an ordinary citizen of india paying bills and my taxes.
i have recently been cheated by easemytrip.com
i booked my flight from mumbai – male – mumbai.
2 days before my flight from male to mumbai, i got an email from easemytrip saying that my flight is cancelled. thereafter they called me and said that i need to initiate a cancellation from myside and that i would get a full refund as airline has cancelled the flight. however its been 25 days and IM STILL BEGGING ease my trip to provide me with refund towards the money paid by me.
They are saying take money from airline and airline is saying take money from easemytrip.
i do not have any help.
i have tolkd them on multiple calls that i need to pay my childrens school fees otherwise i have no choice but to commit suiside but they are still not helping.
sir im desperate . pls help.
