I Archana singh, ordered 2 earphones from the saying company. There was a offer going on at that time of “Buy 2 get 1 free” so naturally i ordered 2, on 30th October, 2022. After i placed the order I got a message saying order is placed further shipment information will be provided via email or phone number. But till date now i didn’t get any response. I tried to contact them through their helping website which was a mail site but after posting my mail I got an email from the Google authority itself saying there isn’t a email account with that name. Now i don’t know what should I do. Please look into this matter and take necessary action.
