I had taken a loan (rs. 8000)from early salary when I was in college 2 years back . There was some late payment issue at that time and I was charged some extra charges . I was contacted by their coustomer executive regarding this they offered me a one time payment to close the loan . I had made this payment but they didn’t close my loan and it’s still being reflected on my Cibil score .
