Subscribed for ANNUAL HD PLATINUM SUBSCRIPTION in Feb 2019 for 8500/- Received notice on STB on Dec 31, 2019 that my pack is expiring on the same day. Customer Service says matter will be resolved in 4 days and there will be no disconnection. Service is disconnected on Jan 1, 2020, which is 2 months before expiry of the annual subscription.
No reasonable reason given on the early expiry, except blaming TRAI for change of subscription model. Correspondence with Nodal Office is available on request.
