Hello I m a resident of Mumbai and I have a complaint against a fraud credit card company claiming its name to be as EARCPL LOAN CARDS.. which apparently doesn’t exist nor is there any website or any online presence.. but in my name a credit card had been generated in the year 2016 which I was totally unaware till March 2024 when I checked my CIBIL score and full report and was surprised upon seeing a card on my name running for a credit of 70k unpaid amout .. only to realso when I came here that there are more people with the same fraud.. please help us in this as this is none of our fault and it affects ones credibility for any future loan application as it’s affecting the credit score.. kindly help
