I am writing to bring to your attention that an entry under the name EARCPL Credit Card is continuously reflecting in my CIBIL report whenever I check it. I wish to clarify that:
I have never applied for, nor have I ever been issued, any credit card from EARCPL or its associated institutions.
Despite this, my CIBIL report wrongly reflects a credit card account under EARCPL with alleged pending dues.
This incorrect reporting is adversely affecting my CIBIL score and causing me serious financial difficulties.
I, therefore, request you to kindly:
Investigate this matter on priority;
Remove/close the said wrongful entry from my CIBIL record; and
Confirm correction in writing once the error has been rectified.
