I have ordered combo of Sony headphones nd ear buds at rs.1599 from bass flex through Facebook. Even get msg of dispatch from flipkart but in reality the co. who delivered the order was ekart. When I receive the order I got two Chinese headphones which was broken . Even the phone no. of seller given on the bill is also fraud. I feel aggreived nd want my payment back as soon as possible. This act is totally a fraudulent act. I hope the authorities will consider my problem
