Hello Sir/Ma’am
The ear buds which i got is not working, even if i charge it for some time then also it is not working. Resolve my problem as soon as possible. I emailed them by providing a video and pictures of the earbuds, And now they are telling me it cannot be replaced or they cannot refund my money. So i want to file a case against them.
