Hello I have mistakenly registered for a E-NACH/E-Mandate auto debit from my account. I was doing that for the first time and I was not fully aware of the procedures. I was trying to take a loan from a mobile application and it turned out to be a fraudulent one. I completed auto debit from my Bank account for a company called Megma Soft. I didn’t get any money into my account as loan. But my bank account got debited 5 times during the last few months for Rs.570 each time. The auto debit frequency was set to daily Frequency so i couldn’t get any messages or information about the auto debit. I have complained my Bank, Dhanlaxmi Bank after the first auto debit happened, I e-mailed and called to complain about this Fraudulent company’s E-Mandate to the bank several times during each auto debit.But the bank cancelled the E-Mandate only some days before after I contacted and complained regularly. I lost Rs.2850 in total by auto debiting money from my Bank account to this Fraudulent company’s account.
