Text of Complaint by Menon:

Dear Sir

I had recharged for my JIO number 91064…..today from the Feel Good website.
Reference number of the  INB txn of Rs.587  PASFAR Tec. Ref IGALNNQWU
The operator (JIO) has refused to accept this recharge while the Bank transaction has been accepted. My account stands debited but recharge has failed.
Feel good cannot be contacted anymore. Nor there is any mention of any refund amount deducted from my account
Feel Good site isn’t giving any good feels at the moment.
