First, Zara delivered a cancelled parcel to me. After multiple proofs that I shared with them that I received a cancelled order, and showing them all the articles that I received, they arranged a pick up of all the products. Zara India is now lying to me saying that I did not return all 4 items in question. They are claiming only 1 item was returned — that too after 2 to 2.5 months post returning the item. Till now there was no communication of any item missing/not returned. And they kept me in waiting all this while for the refund as you can see, multiple times they promised me that your refund was issued. The courier boy who picks up the items usually checks all the items, I get him to count and match his list of collection, he doesn’t leave any receipt that all 4 items were collected. I have made returns in the past also.
