I had applied for Online typing WFH job from Cloree.com. Later I received a call from Priti 9574505686. She briefed me about the work and said If I am not able to complete the work, then I need to pay 6500/ rs. I said I will not agree then she said, it doesn’t happen like that, usually we will give you more time to complete your work but in that case payment will be reduced. I said Ok. I had to complete 574 paragraphs in 6 working days. I had got call on 09/04/2022. Later I provided my Voter id proof and got a login. When I received the work order, I had doubt. I said to the lady, I am not able to understand, I need help. She had provided me CC phone no. 74878 67535 and 9173627578. I called and they asked me to write as it is. However they were very unprofessional and rude. All this took 2 and half days. I started my work on Monday later half and worked. On Friday it was supposed to be completed. Friday itself, I wrote a message to Priti and then also called to the CC and also emailed them stating, I need additional days to complete. But there was no reply and no one received my call. After 3 days I got a Watsapp message from Priti as wait. That’s it. Then on 04/20/2022, I got an email as I need to pay the penalty else I will be sent a legal notice and complain will be registered against me.
I searched in Google and found several CC complaints about them as they are a fraud company.
Please help me now what should I do. I just thought of having a typing Job which has landed me to this problem. Today on 04/21/2022 I got a message also from them stating A case has been lodged against me E-Book typing expert company under section 73, 74, 75 of Indian Contract Act 1872 and I should contact 8490936161. Message is from AD-MWYNTC
