I have paid to DVR Broadband Rs.2000/- for static IP in Dec 2019. When this expired in Jan they disconnected the service without informing me and asked me to pay Rs.3500/- to renew the connection. I paid Rs.3500/- in Feb 2020. But so far they have not given the connection. Their excuse is that they have already handed over the service to another company (no name) managed by Mr.Girish Gowda contact number: 9900914444. I tried to discuss the issue with him, but he says he is not aware of this payment.
I have paid the amount to the staff of Tata New Haven Realty administration Mr.Surya Contact: 8310948313. He says he has paid to to the Mr.Sheikh Miah (DVR BROADBAND) Contact: 9010655786.
I am sure that Surya might have already paid the amount Sheikh Miah of (DVR BROADBAND) Contact: 9010655786. and he is the only one doing this unethical work. He don’t pickup my calls nor answer my whatsapp chats. If Surya has not paid him at least Sheikh can tell me that. All this indicates that Sheikh is purposely trying to cheat me of Rs.3500/- which I have paid him in good faith.
