Morning 8:40 , tata sky automatically shows dvb ssu s loader but it could not load successfully, it stucked at 69% again and again , very bad customer service, i can’t view the subscribed channel also mainly DD channels , History channel, they only worry about money , not resolving problems.

Having the same problem. And I am charged Rs.200 everytime this happens. The person tells me it’s for technician visit. But why should I pay for your faulty box. Clearly this is a defect in your software or the box itself. I have paid 600 over the past 4 months already. This happened again today, I don’t want to pay again. Please atleast remove charges for this.

I have the same started at 7;00 pm and it’s 8:00;pm still no progress stuck at 67 and starts again
