2023-11-19 i sent an email to Astropay and wrote this:
I have had seriously gambling problems for many years and are blocked on mist casinos and payment providers. Have Spelpaus here in Sweden. Have been home from work last two month for my problems and are on heavy medicin. I have bid depts and my income is about 750euro a month.
Now i have deposit all my money i got, my sons savings and borrowed a lot here at Astropay to gamble.”
From 2023-11-20 to 2023-12-08 i manage to deposit another 2150euro.
So even that i told them about my problems they still let my account to be open.
This answer i got 2023-12-27 from them:

If they have that commitment to responsible gaming its very strange they didnt block my account 2023-11-19 when i sent my email about my problems. Then i wouldnt been able to lose more money.
