During lockdown I was looking for a job and one day I received a call from a Lady saying you will get per form 25 Rs and you have to complete 1200 forms in 8 days. I agreed to work with them. They said if any help need please contacts at anytime. I started the work very next days and a digital agreement was made. From the very next day when I had doubt on some form I called but phone was switched off. Then I some how completed the work on time. But there was no communication after the work was assign. After 10-12 days I received a mail and a call saying a compliant has been filed against me. Some 5-6 section have been imposed on me and case is about code of conduct bleaching. I was shock and I had switch of my phone for around an hour. When I switch on my phone they again called me and said if you don’t pay the money by 5 pm then a legal notice will be issued from Gujarat high court. These people are used right information for wrong purpose. Now also some days I do receive a call from advocated jinesh patel who says pay the amount or a legal notice will get issued today at 5pm. Whoever is reading this message please be aware of this kind of people and work for family and don’t go for earning money without knowing about the company.

SECTION-73- Compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract. Compensation for failure to discharge obligation resembling
those created by contract.

SECTION-406-Punishment for criminal breach of trust.—Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.

The above sections are implemented on you regarding you did not full-fill the terms and condition of your agreement..
You have 45 Minutes to pay the penalty otherwise the legal action will be initiated under fraud and agreement breach case. After this your penalty will be increased and only you will be responsible for it. If you ignore this letter, we will be filing a legal complaint against you without any intimation .
