I have given shift connection request via call during my recharge plan, still there is no record and tickets on that, after my plan they started every month auto recharge with my knowledge and it’s continued over 3 months with bill of 3000 bucks approximate. I can pay one month bill and last two months there zero utilities on my connection completed down. Call Airtel customer care multiple times with 1-2 hours discussion but no support
