My self went for paying the bill of shriram Transport finance on 20 march 2021 ,during the time transcation failed but the amount was not returned till date .M/s.Shriram transport finance team has been raised a dispute in the respect of this on several times ,even they called customercare of paytm also ,executive told that it will take 15 days to returned but till it was not done .
kindly look up into this matter ,very urgent .
