It is a request to Sir. My name is Aman Modanwal, I am from Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. This is my order number. I had ordered a Samsung Guru Keypad phone from Flipkart on 9th February for only ₹ 1330. Despite the open delivery, the courier boy did not let me open it and took the OTP and went away. Later on opening it, I got a watch worth ₹ 10 out of it. It turned out that we got worried and called the customer executive and told him all this and also shared the packing image of the product on Flipkart’s site. After talking to the customer care executive so many times, he provided the facility of return but no courier boy. He is not carrying the fake product. My pickup request got canceled thrice. I am very upset. I am meeting you. Please help me. I have been shopping from Flipkart for a long time but this had never happened to me. From Customer Executive I am tired of talking. Dear Sir, I request you to understand my words and my fillings.
