It is nightmare to use Airtel prepaid service as each call gets disturbed several times. Now they threaten that the number will be withdrawn if I do not recharge with certain plan. I recharged with Rs.100. But am not allowed to make calls against this balance. If this particular plan is not allowed on my number, they must not have accepted the amount or refunded. Airtel keeps the money, but does not allow me make calls. Now again I recharged with Rs.70 and am able to make calls against this amount only, but threaten that the number will be withdrawn.
