Dear Sir/Madam,
I have installed an App with the name of Credit Box. I have filled in my details to check the eligibility for short amount loan but I didnt requested ahead for money because I have found this app as a scam. After few minutes they transferred INR 1 to my account and after 6 hrs they transfered INR 7000 to my account. I was unable to recognize this payment and when I have opened the app they are asking for 12812 to repayment by next week. I wrote an email to customer care email id – durgeshkumar0787dubey@gmail.com which is mentioned on their app for cancellation of this transaction but they didn’t revert on it. How can someone ran such app on Facebook/Google Playstore? I can repay the INR 7001 which they transferred to me which is unauthorised. Please take a proper action on such people they are running such kind of scam in India. IMPS Reference Number: 227316604685 and 227321650161
