I bought a treadmill from Durafit 4 years back. After the warranty period, mother board had some issues. They dint even share a email Id to raise a complaint instead they asked me to send the video via WhatsApp. Technician came and told there is a mother board issue and if he fixes a new one ( Rs 7k), waranty will be there only for 6 months for that new one as well. So I got frustrated and gave it for scrap only for 1000rs but i bought it for around 30k. Poor customer service. I request people not to chose this worst products
