I have purchased Durafit treadmill on Nov-2023. it worked properly till may-24. on June-24 it stopped working and then i raised issue with Durafit customer care. their executive checked the treadmill and then told me that it’s motor needs to be replaced and since it is in warranty period it will be replaced without any cost. my request got approved and after that i am waiting to replace the treadmill motor since 5 moths. their executives are not receiving the calls and no update on motor replacement.
