I had ordered Durafit Efficio from flipkart on 25 feb 2022. I was sent a wrong product on 6 March instead of a treadmill. This was later picked up and I was promised that the treadmill will be delivered to me by 16 march. I regret to inform you that till date I have not received my product. I have paid Rs.13000 which they are not refunding nor are they delivering my product. I am a Sr. Citizen and need help.
