Hello Team,
My number is 80025 39236. On 18 July I did a recharge of 98 via Airtel Thanks App and payment thought Amazon. This transaction was pending. I contact with customer representative after 15min and raise a complaint. They suggest this transaction will be canceled automatically and your amount will revert within 7-10 days, you can go to the next other transaction. I have recorded this call, and I am sure you should have also it.
But I did not get any revert translation and I seem this recharge having a duplicate. Please cancel one of the transactions and revert my money ASAP. I am unable to connect with the Airtel representative by 198/121. It is very time-consuming. Please contact me on the same number if you have another query.
