Hi, i have purchased realme 7 cell phone last year dated 18.10.20.Today i found my front camera having blurry display so i went to service station. There i came to know that my phone having display problem.Since it is in warranty so display unit should be replaced without any cost.But service station (F1 solution at Bhubaneswar , state -orissa) said the display unit was duplicate for which claim was declined by Realme.It was totally surprising because i have purchased from flipcart and it unbelievable that company like Flipcart can cheat customer in such a manner. Finally i have to pay Rs 4733/- towards new display.This matter to be taken care by flipcart authority and the paid amount to be refunded to me by Flipcart.I am also going for consumer court for such issue.
