Today my sim card automatic get deactivated, so I visit Airtel store and they are saying we will change your sim card then it will work, and for that they are asked me to pay 50 Rupees. I asked them that how many customers daily visit here for this issue, they told me alot of people have same issue. My question is why they are asking us for 50 rupees, we are using their services and we are paying for that, why should we pay for dublicate sim. I don’t even lost my sim, this is like if I have wifi connection and if router have any issue then they changed it by free because we are taking their services and for that we are paying. Airtel has millions kf customer, if they do this with 50% of people, they will earn in billions from this.
