Dear Sir,
I was going to one of Jio store available near Neelkamal company, Site-4, Greater noida, Uttar pradesh,
My phone lost last night, They denied to issue a duplicate sim & send on anothet location.
All this conversation happened with Mr. Hariom who is available on store.
He denied to told the name of store incharge.
He told that no store incharge is available.
I just want to know that if i want to issue a duplicate sim. where i will go?

Why these type of jio store is opened.
What is the purpose of the stores, Only to sell new sim cards.

That is registered jio store.

Kindly take necessary action.
