Text of Complaint by Manju Agarwal:

Dear Sir,

I was using mobile no +91 9729555250 of AIRTEL (LOCATION UP WEST).  Since, I have changed my location from Haridwar to Hisar, On 16-08-2020 I requested AIRTEL SERVICE to port my mobile to Haryana location.  Accordingly, a new SIM was issued to me which stopped working.  However, I approached airtel office to do provide me a new working SIM time and again but sorry to point out that no necessary action w as done.  Finally they asked me to provide FIR against SIM (The one which was not provided) I have also submitted the same but my SIM is not functioning till now.  As a result, I am not able to use my mobile number causing financial loss
