I had ordered Tommy Hilfiger shoes from Ajio.com and received them on 31st Dec 2022. The product is not as per quality of the brand, it seems like 1st copy & not original. I had a conversation with the company’s customer care about the same, they asked me about all the details and I gave them the same. As it was a gift, it was checked after the return date. Now they are refusing to take my order back. I have sent the pictures, I have a valid invoice. I have been trying to get my claim for more than a month. They are selling fake products. After spending so much we are not expecting such quality.
