I purchased a Samsung travel adapter on 14th August 2022, it was delivered to me 21st August 2022. After one use the product is not working, I want to return this product but the Flipkart customer care agent told me if you return or exchange this product in a Samsung Service center, you can’t return this product in Flipkart. When I reached the Samsung Service center with this product, they told us it’s a duplicate product and we can’t help you on this product. They told me where to purchase this product you will return there.
But Flipkart is not helping me on this issue. and this product return date within 28th August 2022.
