I had placed an order on your website for the following product on 2 June, 2022: ‘WARDROBE ORGANIZER STORAGE BOXES (PACK OF 6)’ order no. 642131110 The product shown in the comp,any video and photos is shown the photo (1) attached. We received our order yesterday. The product we received is not at all like the one shown on your website. The photo of the same is attached (2). I want the order to be replaced with the actual product (as shown in your videos and photos), or the full amount of Rs. 1000/- must be refunded. Received a different product | Complaints email id does not exist

I have placed an order on 1st July, the product is totally different then the shown in the picture and discription, I have paid 1000 for the product which was shown in the picture but I have received product which costs Rs. 30*6. I wan to return my order. No process for return is available now.
The amount has to be refunded.
