Dear Sir,
This is your information that, we are running the Business Iteracare health care product Online Marketing Business. Our business model like Amaway product and we are not selling the products via online or retails shops. But our product we are selling in our online marketing business option only.
So of the duplicate manufaturer selling our products via online like Amazon and IndiaMart online portal. We have sent the legal notices to concern person and there is no responce from the product seller and online portal is also not blocking the ads posted in there portal.
This may be affect our business reputation and our brand name is also spoiled by the duplicate product selling and the same was promoted by the online advertisement agencies like amazon and Indiamart.
I am requesting you to help us to stop the selling of duplicate products and requesting you to take the nessessary action against the duplicate product sellers and online agencies like amazon and Indiamart.
Kindly take the immediate action against the product sellers to save the customer should not get effected by duplicate products.
I am requesting you to provide the direction to file the FIR against the respective person under the Consumer procuction Act 2019 under the consumer production act and the remidies under the Trade Mark Act 1999 and also remidies under the Copy right act Section 67 , of the copyright act 1957.
