I have purchased Apple mobile from Amazon through “Appario Retail Private Limited”, but I have received the product in Dead (drained battery) condition, as I have started charging it was impossible to charge the mobile, so I brought it up to the Apple service centre, from where I was informed that the product’s battery was not genuine and was a fake one, so i got in touch with Amazon but they denied to replace the product. I am very much dis-satisfied with the company. As I have not been able to use that phone for a single day, now neither Apple nor Amazon are ready to change the mobile.
