i had ordered himalaya neem facewash on 23/05/2022 and received it on 25/05/2022 and on same day in few minutes as i get the order i raised the complaint that the product is duplicate(i didn’t opened the product due to the difference in colour of the product from the product i use regularly) today is 22/06/2022 and i had called meesho for more than 10 times but they just said that it will get picked up in 3-4 days repeatedly and no one came to pickup the order.
