We had ordered a Robot Vaccum Cleaner which reached to us on 2nd Jan. 2020 . This is the not the product which we ordered as it is unable to pick garbage as shown in video plus it’s moving only rotating. It’s not working automatically.There is no any sensor machenism to clean so we requested to return this product and to get refund on email i.e.infor@winterdeals.in but it’s got bounced twice.
Hence we request to please arrange look into this matter and help us to get refund.
