Order wasnt handed to me by delivery personnel without sharing the otp , after receiving a tampered parcel to my schock i found out that the original product was missing, instead there was a cheap old sweater in a paper bag , i tried to reach out delivery person and flipkart customer care and shared all the pics and information over email repeatedly but my issue was just escalated from 25 days , there has been no response or call back from higher team , i have been calling them morw than 50 times.
This issue has mentally and financially tortured me badly and has wasted lot of my precious time.
