As deposit had paid 53k to nestaway. Moved out of the property on July 4th. But lot of unnecessary charges have been added as deduction and double painting charges have been imposed in the bills. Customer care never picks up calls.
Screenshot 1 shows painting charges and move out charges in dashboard of my account and screenshot 2 shows breakdwn of move out charges provided by their customer care team.
Every time in the call they mentioned they will correct it, but yesterday they have refunded only 19524. Even this amount is less than the amount that I should receive after the said deductions.
