I have ordered sony wireless heaphones combo from bassdeal.com but they delivered duplicate jbl wired headphones. And it’s not working from one side

Am trying to contact their customers care but could not get through and their website also not in working state.

And they are not replying to complain mail.

Please do the the needful.
