Recently I received an SMS informing me that one Samsung Galaxy MO1 has been delivered on 2/7/20. Phone No mentioned is +91 9748878488 which belong to me but I did not order any thing from Samsung. Name mentioned in the SMS is one Sandeep Pandey , House No: 1559,derabassi,Patiala, Punjab Mohali ,Punjab 140201, India. I want to know how same mobile telephone of Airtel can be issued to another person. I reside in 168 Jodhpur Park, Kolkata – 700068. Please inform how same number can be given to two separate people.
