I booked a flight ticket through the site “TRAVOLOOK.com” on the 23rd of May which was cancelled by them and i was promised a refund within 14 days. Today is the 15th of June and I have not received my money. They are citing excuses and causing further delays. I enquired on social media websites and found out that the same has happened to a lot of people.
