I booked a ticket for my friend from Delhi to srinagar on 24 th feb under reference I’d REF974670714. I got an email about its processing and my amount were deducted .later they called saying the ticket price been hiked so whether to cancel or to charge extra .I opted for cancel and they ensure I wil get refund within 10-15 days . I called it’s helpline number after the said period and mail many times but they keep extending the date andreasoning it as technical issues .plz help me out wd my refund .
